ED VS Power Of Cialis

By: Michale John

To the plight of all such sufferers who are going through this miserable condition Lilly ICOS has manufactured a drug named Cialis to assist them in killing ED. Cialis works great for individuals who are unable to get penis erection as a result of blockage of arteries or nerve damage in penile area. Under such cases a person suffers from ED due to lack of blood flow into penile area. Cialis regulates and increases this much required flow of blood towards penile region by relaxing the smooth penis muscles thereby enabling the person to get proper penis erection.

ED can also be a result of surgery to eliminate prostrate cancer. This surgery often involves damage to pelvic floor muscles which are very important muscles to facilitate penis erection when stimulation takes place. Cialis overcomes this loss and saves one from embarrassment of under performing during sexual intercourse. The action of cialis is fast and long lasting as compared to any other drug under this category. For it, it function only after half an hour of its consumption and its power remains for at least 36 hours under most individuals. It means one can have about four five pleasurable sexual encounters at very little cost.

Yes, Cialis comes at a very affordable price and is easily available on all drug stores. And this is not done, as Cialis has another amazing feature to its endless advantages which boost its power. Under some people who were sexually fit, it has been observed Cialis has increased their libido to great extent. So what are you waiting for order it from any cheap Cialis pharmacy and equip yourself to leave your innocent partner/s asking for more. You also have convenient option to buy Cialis online in bulk to avoid any unwanted delays, which may act as deterrents for your raunchy romps with loved ones, in future

Lilly ICOS LLC (NYSE:LLY)(Nasdaq:ICOS) announced today that the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) has approved Cialis(R) (tadalafil), a new oral PDE5 inhibitor, for the treatment of erectile dysfunction (ED). Cialis (pronounced see-AL-iss) was shown to improve erectile function compared to placebo up to 36 hours following dosing. In clinical studies, the ability to have sexual activity was improved in some patients at 30 minutes after taking a dose. Cialis will be available in pharmacies in early December.

"Cialis is an exciting new option for men with ED," said Dr. Francois Eid, Clinical Associate Professor of Urology, Weill Cornell Medical College. "Because Cialis works for up to 36 hours, it provides a man and his partner substantial freedom to choose the moment that is right for intimacy. With Cialis, the need for planning intimacy may be reduced."

The safety and efficacy of Cialis was evaluated in 22 clinical trials in more than 4,000 patients. Cialis was shown to be effective in treating ED in patients 27 to 87 years old, including patients with other underlying medical conditions. In two of these trials, men had ED associated with diabetes or following radical prostatectomy for prostate cancer.

"Cialis is a new treatment option for erectile dysfunction that will be available for men in the United States," said Sidney Taurel, chairman and chief executive officer of Eli Lilly and Company. "Erectile dysfunction is a significant medical condition that affects millions of men in the U.S. Men tell us they want an ED treatment that will reduce the constraints of planning and allow them to choose the moment that is right for intimacy."

"Cialis is now available in approximately 50 countries and has been used by more than one million men worldwide, " said Paul Clark, ICOS chairman and chief executive officer. "The early success of Cialis in other markets makes us confident that American men and their partners will appreciate this new treatment option."

Safety Profile

Cialis is not for everyone. Men taking any form of nitrates (often used to control anginal chest pain) should never take Cialis, as the combination may cause an unsafe drop in blood pressure. Men taking medicines called "alpha blockers" (sometimes prescribed for prostate problems or high blood pressure), with the exception of Flomax(R)(1)(tamsulosin HCl) 0.4 mg once-daily, should not take Cialis. This combination could also cause a significant drop in blood pressure.

In clinical trials, the most common side effects with Cialis were headache, upset stomach, backache, and muscle ache. Most men weren't bothered by the side effects enough to stop taking Cialis. In placebo controlled Phase III clinical trials, discontinuation rates in patients treated with Cialis 10 mg or 20 mg was 3.1 in placebo treated patients. Cialis is not recommended in patients who have suffered a heart attack or stroke within the last six months, or patients who have significantly low blood pressure, uncontrolled high blood pressure, unstable angina, severe liver impairment, or retinitis pigmentosa (a rare eye disorder). Men should discuss their health status with their doctors to ensure that Cialis is right for them and that they are healthy enough to engage in sexual activity. Cialis does not protect a man or his partner from sexually transmitted diseases, including HIV.

What many people want to know when they find out about Cialis initially, is what effect it has (and side effects), why it is classed as a perscription drug and of course why Cialis should help with male impotence with them. About Cialis hopes to offer you a basic understanding of the way in which Cialis works, why Erectile Dysfunction is something that can be treated and how there are a number of different routes open to sufferers.

Cialis has been developed by Eli Lilly to help combat male impotence. Erectile Dysfunction (or ED) is a common condition that affects more than 30 million men in the United States alone. ED happens because blood flow to the penis is diminished or reduced due to either medical conditions or some medications. CIALIS treats ED by enabling increased blood to flow into the penis when you are sexually stimulated resulting in an erection.

A lot of enquiries to us relate to whether Cialis has proven to be effective? Medical trials and treatments have shown that this drug improves erectile function in most men with ED (including those with mild, moderate or severe ED), but as well as this it has improved men's confidence in ability to achieve and maintain an erection as well as providing satisfaction with sexual intercourse when using the drug. We always recommend that you discuss all of this with your GP however, as there maybe be particular medical reeasons why this drug may not be suitable for you to administer.

Cialis Belonging to a class of medications known as PDE-5 inhibitors, Cialis acts in the same way as Viagra by blocking an enzyme called phosphodiesterase-5, found primarily in the penis.

Just how does Cialis work? By inhibiting PDE-5, Cialis ensures that the smooth muscle in the penis remains relaxed for longer, allowing more blood flow into the cavernous tissue, creating an erection.

As with other drugs, Cialis requires you to still have sexual stimulation for an erection to occur. Once you ejaculate, your erection will fade naturally, but the Cialis remains in your body for a period of 24 hours after its intake - therefore will give an erection on being sexually stimulated anytime during this period.

The results of recent clinical trials showed that 88 of men experienced improvement with their erections and were able to achieve erections from 12-24 hours after taking Cialis.
